Quick Introduction

Hi there! I'm Frans, a regular guy who works with code and computers. Nerdy stuff aside, I also have a keen interest in sustainable mobility and, more broadly, in the environmental challenges we are currently facing.

Let's be honest: : I've known about climate change for a while, but it was only recently that I became truly interested by the subject after reading—you guessed it—"Le Monde sans fin" by Blain & Jancovici. Did I just lost all credibility on the subject? Probably!

However, since then I’ve done a ton of reading on the subject and I feel like I now have my fare share of knowledge that I’d like to challenge with you.

And that brings me to the main purpose of this blog: to initiate discussions around complex and potentially polarising subjects, put those thoughts in the comments section, stir the pot and see what comes out of it. What could go wrong ? 😁
